Heatherwoode Golf Club

We had the most perfect wedding day, and we have the staff at Heatherwoode to thank. Staci is such a kind person who was incredibly attentive from the day we booked with them. She went out of her way for us so many times- including helping direct things at the rehearsal and adding in decorations we hadn't even thought of. She made sure we were both taken care of and comfortable on the wedding day, and was prompt with communication. Executive Chef Chris is incredible at what he does. Our wedding was over a month ago and we are STILL getting raving reviews on the food- the appetizers, sides, and entrees were delicious, beautifully plated, served fast and efficiently, and I should mention that we both had the best steak we ever had on our wedding day thanks to Chef Chris, Chef Sam, and the rest of the kitchen staff. The servers were attentive and also great at what they do. Ron and Scott, the bartenders, were an absolute hit at our wedding reception! They were so great with the guests, and even went out of their way to check on the groom and I many times throughout the night. I should also mention that our set-up was so beautiful and more than we imagined- Heatherwoode did it all for us and provides pretty much anything you could need- the ceremony chairs, decorative lamps, all the linens and tableware, and more. This made things so easy on us and it was a dream to be able to walk into our ceremony and reception rooms with everything set out exactly how we requested. I should also mention the appreciation we have for Heatherwoode's attentiveness to our guests who needed assistance moving around the venue. They were extremely accommodating with directing and helping our guests, and even pulled up golf carts to help transport guests downstairs (which we did not even know they could do). This kind of gesture is a great example of how Heatherwoode goes above and beyond in both the big and the little things. Overall, I think you can tell that we cannot recommend Heatherwoode enough for any event, and especially if you want the smoothest possible experience at your wedding! Thank you Staci, Chris, Sam, Ron, Scott, Tom, Corey, and everyone else who made our day so great!

We rented the banquet room and upper patio for my boss's retirement open house. Staci Fox, Events Coordinator, is a first class human and was incredibly pleasant and easy to work with, from the planning stages to the end of our event. Communication was top notch, the venue was set up beautifully and the food was outstanding. I highly recommend Heatherwoode! They took care of everything once we made our food selections and worked out table coverings, etc. We were able to focus on our guest of honor because they took care of everything else!! All of the Heatherwoode staff present for our event, including Staci, were friendly, helpful and professional! Thank you Heatherwoode!!

Beautiful course but the whole place is poorly managed. They frequently double book league nights/times then on top of that they have scrambles and outings at the same time. It's too crowded. When they do this there is no parking, long lines for a drink and no room on the driving range to warm up. They also frequently lock the bathroom when there's an hour and a half to two hours of daylight left, so go when and where you can. *Edit* something I forgot to add is they have Rangers out on the course but they don't really do anything. If there is slow play they don't say anything. They're pretty much just there to drive around, talk to people and sometimes offer you water.

This is the best course in SW Ohio if you ask me! The staff is friendly, the practice facilities are amazing and the greens are the best I’ve ever played on. On the turn they have some amazing views and a cool balcony that over looks some of the property. An added bonus I paid $10 extra dollars to ride a quad bike and it was well worth every penny!
